I’m Meritxell Fuster, a multidisciplinary designer working across industrial design, interior design and microarchitecture, combining creative thinking with technical knowledge.
My background in Industrial Design Engineering and Interior Architecture allows me to approach projects at different scales, from individual objects and furniture to complete spatial environments.

I enjoy exploring materials, finishes and new solutions to create designs that are coherent, purposeful and environmentally responsible.

More About Me
Curiosity has always been one of the main drivers behind the way I work. I enjoy observing, questioning existing solutions and exploring different possibilities until an idea begins to make sense.
My professional experiences in Belgium with AlfaVision and Italy with Ferroluce gave me the opportunity to work in international environments and discover different ways of approaching design. Collaborating with people from different cultures broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to adapt, communicate and develop ideas as part of a team.
One of the highlights of this international experience was my collaboration on an exhibition stand for Ferroluce, which was selected as a finalist for the Best Exhibit award at Boutique Design New York (BDNY).
I feel equally comfortable developing ideas independently or working within multidisciplinary teams. I enjoy the exchange of perspectives that comes from collaboration, but also the process of researching, testing and refining an idea on my own until all the pieces fit together.
For me, design is also a continuous learning process. New materials, technologies, contexts and challenges constantly offer new possibilities to explore, which is why I’m always interested in new projects, collaborations and experiences that allow me to keep evolving as a designer.
